1.Split-Leg Jump Lunges:


This Exercise will increase blood flow and warm up your legs.Begin by standing up straight,now put one foot forward until that leg forms as 90-degree angle.The other leg is straight with a slight bend at the knee,you should now be in lunge position.From this position,jump up in the air and simultaneously cycle your legs.The opposite leg should now be at 90 degrees.
